Careers · hiring soon
We are hiring soon. Here is what to expect.
No open positions yet
We do not post vacancies to look busy. As soon as a role is really open, it will be here with a salary indication and a clear process. Want to be on the radar earlier? Use the form at the bottom.
Expected roles · not open yet
Roles we expect to open
No job ads, just an honest picture of where we need help. Order and timing depend on the first customers.
- Expected · Engineering · remote-first in the EUFounding engineer (platform)
- Builds the loop: keyword and prompt research, content generation with language models, CMS integrations and the measurement layer on top of Search Console. TypeScript, Postgres, a lot of ownership.
- Expected · Customers · remote-first in the EUSEO/GEO specialist and success manager
- Co-approves strategies, reviews content before publication and helps customers earn their first mentions. Knows Search Console inside out and has a well-founded opinion on AI answers.
- Expected · Product · remote-first in the EUProduct designer
- Designs a dashboard where you see at a glance what Traze did and what it delivered. Works within the existing design system and keeps it calm.
- Expected · Marketing · remote-first in the EUGrowth marketer (content and GEO)
- Makes sure Traze itself is findable and citable: blog, insights, tools and our own scorecard. The first customer of our own product.
No salaries here, because no role is open yet. As soon as a role opens, we publish a salary indication with the vacancy.
How we work · four principles
What you sign up for
- 01Measure before you claim
- You get the room to try something, and the duty to show what it did. Opinions are welcome; data wins.
- 02Software works, people decide
- We automate what is dull and repeatable and keep judgement with people. That applies to the product and to how we work internally.
- 03Specific over clever
- Short sentences, clear agreements, no jargon to impress. Writing is a big part of the job, for engineers too.
- 04Build in public
- What we make, we explain: in the changelog, on the blog and in the methodology. Mistakes included. It takes nerve and gives calm.
Practical
What we can already say
- Remote-first within the EU; we meet in person regularly.
- Dutch and English side by side; customers in both languages.
- We pay market rates and say what we pay as soon as a role opens.
- The first roles are broad: you help build the foundation and shape how we work.
