HubSpot SEO services

HubSpot is built to capture leads, not necessarily to get found. Content Hub gives you a blog, landing pages, topic clusters and a CRM that follows every visitor through to the deal. What it does not do is write and publish the pages that bring that traffic in. That is usually where the gap sits: a strong funnel with too little coming in at the top.

Traze closes that gap. It researches the questions your buyers ask in Google and in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, writes the pages in your tone of voice, publishes them straight into HubSpot and reads the results back from your CRM. SEO in HubSpot becomes what it should have been all along: a measurable source of pipeline, with your team in the loop.

Focus · HubSpot SEO

What our HubSpot SEO focuses on

HubSpot sites rarely have a technical problem. They have a content problem and a measurement problem. These are the seven things we tackle first.

  • 01

    Topic clusters that actually cluster

HubSpot's pillar-and-cluster tool is only as good as the topics you feed it. We build clusters from search demand and AI questions, not from your product menu, and make sure every cluster page links back and onward.

  • 02

The blog as your intake engine

The HubSpot blog is the natural home for long-tail and question-led articles. We plan and publish them on a fixed cadence, with metadata, internal links and a citability score per article.

  • 03

    HubDB and dynamic pages

HubDB lets you build one template and hundreds of pages: per use case, integration, region or industry. We fill those tables with content that is unique per row instead of thin variations on one text.

  • 04

    Landing pages and index control

Not every HubSpot page belongs in Google. We separate campaign landing pages from organic pages, set noindex where it belongs and stop gated content and duplicates from eating your crawl budget.

  • 05

From session to deal in your CRM

HubSpot knows which contact came in through which page. We tie our performance monitoring to that data so you judge SEO on MQLs and pipeline rather than on visitors.

  • 06

    Speed despite the scripts

Tracking code, chat widgets, forms and heavy modules drag your Core Web Vitals down. We measure what each script costs and keep your theme light.

  • 07

    Visible in AI answers

B2B buyers ask ChatGPT and Perplexity for shortlists. We write pages that answer directly, name entities and are easy to cite, and we track per engine whether you get mentioned.

Approach

How Traze approaches HubSpot SEO

We do not start with an eighty-page audit; we start with your funnel. Where does your traffic come from today, which stages does your content cover and where do buyers drop off? From that we build a content strategy that uses HubSpot's own structure: pillar pages for your core themes, cluster articles on the blog and HubDB pages for everything that can be systematised. See how Traze builds a content strategy.

Then the loop runs. Every month Traze researches, writes and publishes a fixed number of pages straight into Content Hub, meta titles, schema and internal links included. You approve in a workflow you already know, and nothing goes live until someone on your team has seen it.

The difference from an agency is what happens next. Traze tracks rankings, AI citations and what each page produces inside HubSpot, then rewrites what falls behind. Every change is in the log. See how performance monitoring works.

Deep dive

What we improve on a HubSpot website

The parts of HubSpot SEO that make the difference, and how we handle each of them.

Pillar pages and topic clusters buyers actually follow

HubSpot made topic clusters popular, and rightly so: a pillar page with a ring of deeper articles is still the most reliable way to build topical authority. Where it goes wrong is topic selection. Clusters get built around product categories or internal jargon while buyers use completely different words.

We start from the question. Traze maps, per theme, what people type into Google and what they ask AI assistants, groups those questions by intent and decides which deserve their own page and which become a paragraph on the pillar. The result is a cluster that covers the full buying journey, from 'what is' to 'what does it cost' to 'which vendor'. See how this works for service businesses.

Every page in the cluster gets internal links in both directions, a meta title that answers the question and a short, direct intro that AI models like to quote.

HubDB as a programmatic engine

HubDB is HubSpot's most underused SEO feature. You create a table of, say, integrations, industries, cities or comparisons, attach one template and HubSpot generates a page per row. For companies with a product catalogue, a partner network or several regions, it is the fastest route to hundreds of relevant landing pages.

The trap is thin content: a hundred pages that only swap the city name deliver nothing and can even hurt you. Traze fills unique fields per row, such as specific benefits, frequently asked questions, figures and examples, so every generated page is a good answer in its own right. How large organisations keep this scalable.

We also govern the table's indexation: which rows go live, which get a canonical to the parent page, and how the sitemap and internal links grow along with it.

Landing pages, gated content and what you do index

A typical HubSpot site mixes three kinds of pages: website pages, campaign landing pages and blog posts. Marketing teams create dozens of landing pages per quarter, and those often stay indexed long after the campaign has ended. Google then sees piles of thin, near-identical pages.

We make the split explicit. Campaign pages get noindex or a canonical, outdated variants are redirected through HubSpot's URL mappings, and gated content gets a public summary that can rank and announces the download. Check for free which funnel stage your content is missing.

If your marketing site runs on Webflow and HubSpot only hosts the blog and forms, we align both environments so internal links and tracking hold up across the boundary. See how Traze works with Webflow.

From organic session to deal: measuring SEO in your CRM

HubSpot's big advantage is that it records the whole journey: first visit, original source, the pages someone viewed before filling in a form, and what the deal was eventually worth. Yet most SEO providers report sessions and rankings only, as if the CRM did not exist.

Traze ties per-page performance to what HubSpot records. You see not only that an article sits in position three, but how many contacts it produced and which of those became pipeline. That makes the budget conversation a lot simpler. Performance monitoring all the way into your pipeline.

The same data drives optimisation: pages with lots of traffic but little conversion get a different structure or CTA, pages that convert well get reinforced and receive more internal links.

Technical hygiene: subdomains, scripts and language variants

HubSpot handles hosting, SSL, sitemaps and canonicals neatly, but three things regularly go wrong. First, the blog on a subdomain: blog.yourdomain.com builds authority separately from your main domain. Where possible we move the blog into a subfolder; otherwise we make sure internal links tie the two together firmly.

Second, the scripts. HubSpot's own tracking, the chatbot, video embeds and third-party tags stack up into a slow page. We measure the impact per script and defer everything that is not needed for the first paint. Speed and rankings tracked continuously.

Third, multilingual setups. HubSpot's language variants set hreflang automatically, but only when every variant exists and is linked. We check that per page and fill missing variants with proper content rather than a literal translation.

Getting into AI answers for B2B buyers

More and more B2B buyers start in ChatGPT or Perplexity instead of Google: 'which vendors of X operate in the Netherlands', 'what does Y cost on average'. Those answers are assembled from pages that describe the subject clearly, factually and with concrete entities. HubSpot content is often too promotional for that.

So Traze writes from the answer outward: a direct definition or price indication at the top, then the nuance, then the sales arguments. And it measures per engine whether your brand is mentioned, so you can see which pages earn citations. See how AI visibility (GEO) works.

If this is where you want the emphasis, we build the strategy around AI answers rather than alongside them. AI SEO for brands that want to show up in AI answers.

Why Traze

Why teams choose Traze for HubSpot SEO

You did not buy HubSpot to type content into it by hand. Traze completes the platform on the side where it is weak: production and measurement.

  • Publishing straight into Content Hub: blog posts, website pages and HubDB rows, with metadata and internal links, no copy and paste.
  • A content strategy built on search demand and AI questions, not on your product menu.
  • Human approval on every page, inside your workflow, with a log of every change.
  • Reporting that connects to your CRM: contacts and pipeline per page, not just sessions.
  • A fixed number of pages per month for a fixed price, also available on a monthly rolling basis.

Who it is for

Who HubSpot SEO by Traze is for

  • B2B marketing teams already using HubSpot for blog, forms and CRM, but with too little organic intake.
  • SaaS and tech companies that want a landing page per integration, use case or industry without writing each one by hand.
  • Service businesses and training providers that want to turn their expertise into question-led pages that bring in enquiries.
  • Scale-ups moving from campaign-driven growth to a predictable organic pipeline.
  • Organisations with several brands or languages in one HubSpot portal that need consistency and governance.
